In 2007, I departed from South Africa and decided to see if the streets of London were really paved with gold. I joined the busy property market in that year and worked in all departments, gaining excellent knowledge in all aspects of the Prime London property. I started my property career as an agent, to later becoming a Partner and Head of Sales running multiple teams and selling million pounds worth of property. As much as I lived for the deal and seeing my clients move into their dream homes, I realised that my ability to build winning teams was equally as rewarding. I now spend most of my time divided by helping organisations build strong teams, and sourcing the best talent for their businesses.
Andy brings with her over 15 years Marketing and Executive Management experience producing some of the world’s most recognised print media publications such as Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and Cosmopolitan Lingerie. She understands branding and what it takes in today’s time to place your brand on top. Having spent many years working with global brands, Andy understands her clients and markets in which she operates in and very quickly becomes a real asset to her clients staffing requirements. Andy also has the responsibility for La Vetta Recruitment Operations between our SA and UK clients and focuses on developing the firms profile and relationships across a range of industry sectors within the two regions.
Lynette is an experienced HR and Talent professional with a strong background in global recruitment and people management. Having worked with leading international firms such as Dentons and Alfred H Knight, she understands what it takes to identify, attract, and retain top talent across diverse markets. At La Vetta Recruitment, Lynette focuses on building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring every placement is the right cultural and professional fit.
